Sheldon and Amy's wedding?

Rumour has it The Big Bang Theory could be ending with season 12, but whether that's the case or not, there are a few things we need to see before it does say goodbye.
One of the main things we're thinking of is Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) and Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik) finally tying the knot.
Executive producer Steve Holland teased to TV Line: "I think you will see a wedding [this season].
"We haven't written the finale yet, but we've certainly been building to it all season."

Of course, Sheldon and Amy almost got married in this season's 'The Confidence Erosion', but Sheldon put a stop to the quickie ceremony at City Hall because of all the wedding traditions they'd miss out on.
In other Sheldon-related news, The Big Bang Theory spin-off Young Sheldon is officially a massive hit on both sides of the Atlantic.
Audience reaction on social media was hugely positive to last week's UK premiere, and now it's been announced that viewing figures were record-breaking as well. Young Sheldon is now the biggest new comedy launch in E4's history with 1.2 million viewers.
The future of The Big Bang Theory still isn't quite so clear. It's possible the sitcom will end with its 12th season next year, but star Jim Parsons told Digital Spy this week that no final decisions have been made.
"I think anything's possible," he said. "Yeah, that's the thing. I just think anything in this... it's just getting into really odd territory, as far as like, less and less examples to go, 'Well, they did this and then this other show did this.'
"It's really getting into a very individual state, of how does everybody feel, and whatever. And that includes the writers, who we've not had some major discussion with yet. There hasn't been like a cast and producer discussion about the future of our show or whatever."
